What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and specialized roles, primarily in Singapore and the Philippines.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, timelines, and hiring needs.
• Drive sourcing efforts and build pipelines for digital marketing, media, and analytics functions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within Greenhouse.
• Support recruiting operations and process improvements to maintain momentum during team growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience in-house or within an agency.
• Proven track record of supporting full-cycle recruiting for professional mid-level roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and experience using ATS platforms, ideally Greenhouse.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills to handle shifting priorities.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Prior experience supporting hiring across APAC markets is highly preferred.
