Location: 100% onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL. Relocation is required if not already local.

What you will do

• Review and evaluate inbound applications to build talent pools for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Act as the primary onsite host for candidates, providing facility tours and company history.
• Coordinate onsite interview logistics between recruiters and the hiring team.
• Identify and engage passive talent for high-priority requisitions.
• Drive program management efforts to measure and improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Location: Must be based in or relocate to Cape Canaveral, FL.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a sourcing capacity.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
