TL;DR

Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS): Designing and executing data-driven customer programs to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn with an accent on multi-channel campaigns and product adoption. Location: Hybrid (Chicago or Seattle preferred)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year + equity

What you will do

  • Design and execute multi-channel upsell and cross-sell campaigns to drive revenue expansion.
  • Build and optimize retention programs and early warning systems to reduce customer churn.
  • Own the customer advocacy engine by generating reviews, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Partner with Customer Success to design data-driven onboarding and activation journeys.
  • Manage customer engagement touchpoints including newsletters, webinars, and regional user group events.
  • Lead the marketing strategy and execution for the annual customer conference (Agility).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in driving retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value across the post-sale journey.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Proven ability to design and execute A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Must be based in the US (Chicago or Seattle preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance software space.
  • Background in sales-led growth (SLG) within complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with customer reference management and review generation.
  • Track record of planning and executing customer conferences or user group events.
