What you will do
- Build and own a company-wide experimentation program across website, acquisition channels, and funnel touchpoints.
- Lead website CRO efforts using A/B and multivariate testing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle, PMM, and Campaigns teams to identify and remove friction.
- Analyze user journeys and quantitative/qualitative signals to prioritize high-impact experiments.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and design teams to implement and ship quality enhancements at speed.
- Maintain a CRO roadmap and introduce new experimentation frameworks and tooling to scale maturity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, growth experimentation, or web performance optimization.
- Proven track record of scaling A/B testing programs with measurable KPI impact.
- Proficiency with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, FullStory, Optimizely, VWO, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and lifecycle flows.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, web developers, and UX/design teams.
- Must be based in the specified US states.
