What you will do

  • Own hirify.global’s external channel strategy end to end, identifying and prioritizing channels to drive awareness and qualified interest.
  • Create high-quality content across formats, including blog posts, product release notes, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels, optimizing toward MQLs and pipeline contribution.
  • Build and grow hirify.global’s organic social presence, starting with LinkedIn, with an eye toward testing new platforms.
  • Develop and maintain hirify.global’s presence on third-party review and marketplace platforms, ensuring sharp positioning and listings that drive consideration.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to turn product launches, customer wins, and company news into campaigns that generate real momentum.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or B2C ecommerce.
  • Hands-on content creation experience, comfortable being the person behind the keyboard.
  • Familiar with running paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn, with an understanding of optimizing toward business outcomes.
  • Comfort operating across the full funnel, able to write both brand-building thought leadership pieces and high-converting ads.
  • Fluent in analytical campaign reporting and attribution, able to translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing and revenue tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Bizible or Adobe Marketing Cloud, and paid ad platforms.
