TL;DR
Customer Success Account Manager (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end client journey and portfolio of existing customers to ensure high-impact service and subscription value with an accent on relationship building and churn reduction. Focus on optimizing the client experience lifecycle, collaborating cross-functionally for seamless onboarding, and conducting strategic executive business reviews.
Location: Must be a Singaporean National or Permanent Resident (PR); hybrid setup with client onsite time expected 1-2 days/week in Singapore.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring consistent service and maximization of subscription entitlements.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior leadership and mid-level stakeholders across Procurement, IT, and Finance.
- Analyze and optimize the client experience lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and fast time-to-value for new clients.
- Monitor usage metrics and design solutions to reduce friction points and churn.
- Conduct executive business reviews, client summits, and strategic account planning sessions.
Requirements
- Singaporean Nationality or PR required (no employment visa support provided).
- 3+ years of experience in client experience, customer success, or account management roles.
- Proven track record of improving client retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology services, or market intelligence.
- Analytical mindset with a strong inclination for KPIs.
Nice to have
- Prior procurement category management experience.
- Experience working for large enterprise SaaS companies such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft.
- Native language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bahasa.
- Language skills in Thai or Vietnamese.
