What you will do

• Hire, manage, and mentor a diverse team of Account Executives to foster success.
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings to drive meaningful relationships.
• Develop and refine sales processes and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver weekly sales forecasts and provide guidance on strategies to exceed goals.
• Interview and train new team members as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 6+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a technical and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work onsite from the Singapore office.

Nice to have

• Additional years of management experience in a SaaS company.
• Experience using hirify.global or other UX/UI design tools.
• Familiarity with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologies.
