What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise users in the Greater China market.
- Drive client engagement and platform adoption to ensure customers extract maximum business value.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks to enhance customer retention.
- Manage long-term relationships to ensure account longevity and successful renewals.
- Identify and support upsell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise across the product suite.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape and current trends.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with enterprise-level clients.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience creating high-quality, professional client-facing materials.
