What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to drive revenue and meet business goals.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors for global strategic events, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Manage the full sponsorship lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiations to activation and renewal.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and drive year-over-year growth.
  • Track and report on sponsorship performance using data and analytics to maximize ROI.
  • Foster alignment with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Alliance, Partner, and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in sponsorship sales.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and partner engagement.
  • Ability to navigate and lead cross-functional collaboration within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
