What you will do

• Evaluate complex, judgmental, and non-routine transactions and document accounting conclusions under U.S. GAAP.
• Partner with Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Infrastructure teams to assess accounting implications of new products and strategic transactions.
• Translate technical accounting conclusions into practical operational guidance, including journal entries and close procedures.
• Lead the preparation and review of technical accounting memoranda and position papers for management and auditors.
• Maintain and enhance the technical accounting framework, policies, and interpretive guidance.
• Design and implement scalable processes to support evolving business activities and organizational growth.

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in technology company environments.
• Prior experience in a public accounting firm at a manager or senior manager level.
• Strong foundation in technical accounting under US GAAP, specifically in financial instruments, consolidation, and lease accounting.
• Ability to manage and support high-velocity, cross-functional teams on impactful projects.
• Must be based in the US to accommodate hybrid/remote office requirements.
