Salary: $128,000 – $144,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures in compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
• Manage complex, non-routine transactions including M&A, impairment analyses, and foreign currency impact.
• Perform global accounting for stock-based compensation awards (RSUs and stock options).
• Develop and maintain accounting policies by researching and implementing FASB ASUs and SEC rules.
• Coordinate with external auditors to support quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Development, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, and Treasury.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• 3+ years of public company or audit experience with deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC standards.
• Experience reviewing complex contracts and documenting technical conclusions in position papers.
• Experience working with technology or SaaS companies.
• Proficiency with Oracle and/or Workiva.
• Prior Big 4 experience or exposure to large SEC registrants.
