What you will do
- Coach Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to deliver premier services to high-value players.
- Drive key VIP sales metrics to increase market share and net revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Work with Analytics teams to monitor and optimize reinvestment programs and reward incentives.
- Develop and implement sales training programs for the VIP team.
- Manage the escalation process to resolve complex client cases effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Strong ability to identify strategies that improve revenues and operational efficiency.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
- Must be based in Canada.
