What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP players to ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships through personalized communication via LiveChat, Telegram, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Execute reactivation and retention strategies for both active and dormant VIP clients.
• Apply personalized bonus offers and reload promotions within the approved VIP matrix.
• Analyze key player metrics including deposits, GGR, LTV, and betting frequency.
• Collaborate with support, anti-fraud, and payments teams to resolve high-priority VIP requests.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a VIP Manager or Customer Retention Specialist in iGaming, betting, or crypto.
• Proven experience in one-on-one communication with VIP clients via chat and messengers.
• Strong objection-handling skills and a deep understanding of bonus mechanics.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Telegram, WhatsApp, and LiveChat.
• English: B2+ level required.
• Ukrainian: Fluent (C1+) required.
• Schedule: Ability to work 2/2 shifts, 12 hours per day (including night shifts).
