What you will do

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end broadcast events for new and existing clients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maximize transmission resource utilization, specifically fiber, IP, and satellite capacity bookings for domestic and international events.
• Coordinate production resources including mobile production units, crewing, independent contractors, and generators.
• Act as the lead coordinator for major accounts such as MLS, NWSL, and USL, handling all scheduling and internal paperwork.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, MCR, and Accounting departments to ensure project success.
• Manage vendor price quotes and oversee the final billing process for transmission events.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience and a 4-year degree (or equivalent additional experience).
• General understanding and experience with transmission and production workflows.
• Ability to work under the pressure of Live Television.
• Schedule flexibility with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
