What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of conference and meeting management to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Accounting to align event goals and execution plans.
• Manage venue selection, contract negotiations, and vendor selection for A/V and catering.
• Oversee event websites and online registration platforms to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring financial compliance and timely processing of invoices.
• Audit post-event performance data to identify and implement improvements for future planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of meeting or event planning experience, preferably in association management.
• Strong skills in data management, analytics, and software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to travel 20-25% annually, including some weekends.
• Must be based in the United States.
