Location: Must be based in Centennial, CO. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a team of On-Air and Personnel Schedulers to ensure seamless 24/7 broadcast and digital operations.
• Coordinate program clearances and scheduling for 248 NBC stations to maintain grid accuracy.
• Scale operations to support over 50 FAST channels and high-concurrency live events on Peacock.
• Collaborate with product teams to drive roadmaps and test cloud-native deployment systems.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline manual data tasks.
• Track team performance and manage budget and staffing needs for a 24/7/365 operation.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in Centennial, CO.
• Must be willing and available to work any shift including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• 5+ years of experience in digital broadcast systems and technical processes.
• 4+ years of experience in Media or Broadcast Operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing staff.
• 1+ years of project management experience in a broadcast or media environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting high-pressure global events like the Olympics or World Cup.
• Familiarity with automated distribution for FAST channels and streaming events.
• Knowledge of ad sales traffic systems like Sintec or Wide Orbit.
• Experience with personnel scheduling systems such as ScheduALL or When I Work.
