What you will do

• Coordinate creative project activities from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and task trackers.
• Manage project line items to ensure tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked.
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to align priorities and timelines.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
