Salary: $106,800 – $153,800

What you will do

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manage project financials, including labor budgets and profitability for projects ranging from $10M to $30M.
• Coordinate between internal teams, external consultants, and clients to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Oversee technical documentation, punch-lists, and the transition of projects between phases.
• Direct project communications and lead internal and client-facing meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in media technology or broadcast consulting.
• Deep knowledge of broadcast operations, SMPTE 2110 IP transport protocols, and UHD/HDR video systems.
• Understanding of TCP/IP routing, ACLs, QoS, and VLANs.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for site visits.
• Proven track record of managing annual budgets exceeding $1M and leading matrix teams of 6+ professionals.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile project management expertise.
