What you will do

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (East Coast Time Zone).
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in crypto, fintech, or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance without direct authority.
• Strong analytical instincts and experience using data and quantitative analysis for prioritization.
• Expertise in building scalable workflows, governance models, and automation systems.
• Fluency in AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and reporting.
