Experience Design Operations Manager (Fintech): Leading enterprise-scale programs and transformation initiatives to improve customer experience delivery across Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams with an accent on operational efficiency and scalable ways of working. Focus on strengthening delivery execution, reducing friction, and aligning priorities across complex cross-functional initiatives.
Location: Remote (US). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Salary: $119,700 - $173,625

What you will do
- Lead enterprise-scale programs and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Drive achievement of milestones, OKRs, and Plan of Record commitments across cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps with clear dependencies, timelines, and success measures.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to align priorities and execution plans.
- Facilitate governance activities, including steering committees and executive reviews.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collaboration and operational consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of project or program management experience in matrixed or regulated environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
- Proficiency with workflow tools such as Jira, Workfront, or Figma.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
- Strong understanding of program governance and delivery planning.
Nice to have
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience.
- PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
- Experience supporting experience design, UX/UI, or customer experience organizations.
- Background in leading enterprise transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
