What you will do

• Lead large-scale technical programs covering CI/CD, infrastructure scaling, and strategic engineering projects.
• Own the engineering incident response program, including process improvement and retrospectives.
• Act as the connective tissue between platform and product engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage programs end-to-end from scoping and kickoff through to observability and retrospective.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and align projects with organizational goals.
• Define standards and playbooks for the TPM function at hirify.global.

Requirements

• 5+ years of TPM experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.
• Genuine AI fluency (active use of tools like Cursor, Claude Code).
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with urgency and agency.
• Ability to build trust quickly and operate as both an executor and a leader.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a software engineer or technical founder.
• Technical familiarity with the deployment and architecture of LLM-based systems.
• Experience in high-rigor, fast-paced company environments.
