Salary: $157,400 - $230,900 USD (Depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Architect and evolve the Design Team Operating System for a centralized organization of 60+ designers, researchers, and content strategists.
• Implement and measure an org-wide UX Quality program to ensure 100% of production releases pass formal Design QA.
• Pilot and scale AI-augmented design tools to demonstrably reduce design-to-dev handoff time.
• Facilitate high-leverage rituals including Software Design Reviews and cross-pillar alignment sessions.
• Optimize the technical integration and plumbing between Figma, Asana, and Jira.
• Partner with senior leadership to set design standards and resolve process friction in the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

Requirements

• Extensive experience in design program management, DesignOps, or product/program management within a large-scale digital product organization.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling operating models, including portfolio planning, QA programs, and system governance.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Deep familiarity with modern SaaS product development lifecycles (discovery through launch and iteration).
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with proficiency in Figma, Asana, and Jira.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
