What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs and governance across CDMO chapters, including Risk, Issue, and Project Portfolio Management.
• Standardize and streamline operational and compliance-driven reporting solutions across manufacturing networks.
• Execute complex Lean/Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to optimize and stabilize end-to-end supply processes.
• Establish performance KPIs and maintain leadership dashboards through data mining and interpretation.
• Facilitate the development and scaling of digital tools aligned with the PT Digital Roadmap.
• Coordinate multi-site CAPAs and resolve operational bottlenecks to support global patient supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/packaging, pharma project management, or operations excellence consulting.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) and enterprise apps (SAP, Veeva).
• Certification in Project Management (PMI), AgilePM, or equivalent proven experience.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Formal certification in Project Management (PMI) or AgilePM.
• Experience as a Global Business Process Manager (gBPM) or SPOC for global artwork management.
