What you will do

• Manage multiphase software and hardware implementations, ensuring all deadlines and contractual deliverables are met.
• Monitor project cash-flow, revenue recognition, and coordinate invoicing and purchase orders with sales operations.
• Lead project management activities, including kick-off calls, weekly status meetings, and tailored user training.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and prioritize product inputs.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer portfolio and support pre-sales activities and demos.
• Present technical solutions to diverse stakeholder groups and engage with senior executives of large enterprises.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5 to 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a technical role (Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering).
• 5+ years in a client-facing delivery role within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment involving IT Hardware and/or SaaS deployments.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or Prince2.
