What you will do

• Drive new customer acquisition through brand, content, social, events, paid channels, and partnerships.
• Manage existing customer growth, focusing on expansion, adoption, and retention.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, and distribution.
• Define and establish the category of CX operating system for brands.
• Build and scale the growth function and the underlying team from the ground up.
• Develop AI-powered growth workflows and agents to maximize operational leverage.

Requirements

• AI-native mindset with a track record of replacing manual workflows with AI systems.
• Proven experience as a builder, having shipped a function, brand, or company from zero.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to shape a complex AI product narrative.
• Ability to balance creative vision with analytical rigor (e.g., CAC payback models).
• Scrappy execution style with a focus on rapid experimentation and shipping in hours.
• Deep understanding of how to market and sell AI products effectively.
