What you will do
- Architect and scale comprehensive demand generation and B2B growth programs across various segments.
- Design and orchestrate targeted ABM campaigns using 1:1 and 1:few approaches to penetrate strategic accounts.
- Own the full-funnel demand engine, including paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn, X), organic programs, and channel strategy.
- Develop segment-specific campaign materials, email copy, and sales enablement assets.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align pipeline targets and accelerate prospect-to-pipeline velocity.
- Establish analytics for performance measurement and optimize lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing cadences.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in growth or demand generation at a high-growth tech company.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale programs and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to revenue contribution and pipeline growth.
- Technical proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and attribution platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or Engineering.
