Salary: $99,000 - $138,000 + equity

What you will do
- Partner with client success to design employer and member-facing enrollment and engagement strategies to drive utilization and retention.
- Consult with employer clients to tailor marketing approaches based on workforce demographics and benefit structures.
- Lead integrated marketing plans, including open enrollment, launch campaigns, and ongoing engagement across digital channels.
- Design and optimize member lifecycle programs from activation and onboarding through long-term re-engagement.
- Translate health plan brand, compliance, and regulatory requirements into compelling client-facing marketing assets.
- Analyze enrollment and engagement performance data to identify gaps and optimize campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, or healthcare marketing, consulting, or client services.
- Proven ability to execute enrollment and engagement campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
- Experience serving as a strategic influencer to complex stakeholder groups and external clients.
- Strong understanding of employer-sponsored benefits and payer-sponsored benefit models.
- Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Experience working directly with health plans, brokers, or consultants.
- Familiarity with behavioral health, mental health, or wellbeing solutions.
- Background in marketing consulting or client-facing strategy roles.
