What you will do

• Partner with client success to design employer and member-facing enrollment and engagement strategies to drive utilization and retention.
• Consult with employer clients to tailor marketing approaches based on workforce demographics and benefit structures.
• Lead integrated marketing plans, including open enrollment, launch campaigns, and ongoing engagement across digital channels.
• Design and optimize member lifecycle programs from activation and onboarding through long-term re-engagement.
• Translate health plan brand, compliance, and regulatory requirements into compelling client-facing marketing assets.
• Analyze enrollment and engagement performance data to identify gaps and optimize campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, or healthcare marketing, consulting, or client services.
• Proven ability to execute enrollment and engagement campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience serving as a strategic influencer to complex stakeholder groups and external clients.
• Strong understanding of employer-sponsored benefits and payer-sponsored benefit models.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
