What you will do
- Own and scale paid search programs end-to-end, including forecasting, budgeting, and creative testing for Google, Bing, and ZocDoc.
- Develop and execute a rigorous testing roadmap for ad copy, keyword strategy, and landing page variants using sound experimental design.
- Build marginal CAC and spend sensitivity curves to inform investment decisions and collaborate with Finance on budget planning.
- Optimize automated and manual bidding strategies using advanced tactics like smart bidding and portfolio strategies.
- Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate attribution and alignment with patient demand.
- Leverage AI-enabled workflows and tools to improve analysis velocity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 6-9+ years of experience in B2C growth/performance marketing, with 5+ years specializing in paid search (Google Ads).
- Strong technical fluency in SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools for analyzing large datasets and scenario planning.
- Proven experience running structured A/B and multivariate tests in paid media.
- Experience leveraging downstream conversion quality, LTV, and retention signals for budget allocation.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
Nice to have
- Experience in analytically rigorous environments such as finance or consulting.
- Experience marketing in healthtech or other regulated categories.
- Experience running YouTube, Google Demand Gen, and/or Google App Campaigns.
