What you will do
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for new product features, site launches, and member-facing initiatives.
- Own member value proposition messaging and product positioning across the entire user funnel.
- Design and test lifecycle and activation programs, including email journeys and onboarding flows.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, paid, and in-product channels, leveraging AI.
- Build a hypothesis-driven experimentation practice using A/B tests and landing page optimization.
- Conduct market and competitive research to sharpen positioning and inform product priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in consumer technology, digital health, or community-driven business.
- Demonstrated success leading GTM for product launches and owning product positioning.
- Strong track record of running lifecycle, activation, or growth marketing programs.
- Data-informed mindset with proficiency in defining KPIs and partnering with analytics teams.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
