What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for new product features, site launches, and member-facing initiatives.
  • Own member value proposition messaging and product positioning across the entire user funnel.
  • Design and test lifecycle and activation programs, including email journeys and onboarding flows.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, paid, and in-product channels, leveraging AI.
  • Build a hypothesis-driven experimentation practice using A/B tests and landing page optimization.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to sharpen positioning and inform product priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in consumer technology, digital health, or community-driven business.
  • Demonstrated success leading GTM for product launches and owning product positioning.
  • Strong track record of running lifecycle, activation, or growth marketing programs.
  • Data-informed mindset with proficiency in defining KPIs and partnering with analytics teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
