TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote/Hybrid options available, hubs in New York, NY)

Salary: $170,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

  • Establish and execute advanced social media strategies for healthcare clients to elevate their digital presence.
  • Oversee creative direction and maintain high quality standards for digital, print, and audio/visual content.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and agency teams to align design and content strategies with client goals.
  • Review and approve social media content to ensure strategic alignment and adherence to healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs from analytics platforms to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage social media reputation and implement proactive response strategies for potential crises.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in social media strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in healthcare marketing regulations and compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CRM systems.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising, budget management, and ROI tracking.
  • Expertise in using analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics.
