What you will do

• Design and execute integrated field events (virtual and in-person) to support immediate and long-term business objectives.
• Develop content and promotional strategies to drive high attendance and engagement among enterprise audiences.
• Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
• Implement comprehensive event campaigns covering audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies.
• Analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns using data insights to refine strategies and deliver results.
• Maintain a detailed event calendar and identify new opportunities aligned with marketing goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field, event, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness.
• Excellent project management skills for organizing events at both small and large scales.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives and messaging.
• Must be based in the United States.
