Salary: $176,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap and ship reliable features for diverse stakeholders, from provider reps to payer analysts.
- Mentor and oversee the work of other Product Managers within the Contracting organization.
- Define and lead the vision for AI-enabled contracting infrastructure in partnership with engineering and design.
- Design scalable workflows to automate the ingestion, structuring, and interpretation of contract terms and reimbursement logic.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to develop and refine LLMs that enhance contract understanding and surface financial insights.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience for B2B SaaS workflow tools.
- Deep subject matter expertise in Managed Care and revenue cycle processes.
- Proven track record of incorporating AI or machine learning features into manual workflows or document repositories.
- Experience managing a team and maintaining cross-functional relationships with engineering and design.
- Must be based in the US and operate on US business hours.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment.

- Existing understanding of the backend functions of the healthcare industry.
- Experience with advanced AI reasoning capabilities.
