What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and ship reliable features for diverse stakeholders, from provider reps to payer analysts.
• Mentor and oversee the work of other Product Managers within the Contracting organization.
• Define and lead the vision for AI-enabled contracting infrastructure in partnership with engineering and design.
• Design scalable workflows to automate the ingestion, structuring, and interpretation of contract terms and reimbursement logic.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to develop and refine LLMs that enhance contract understanding and surface financial insights.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience for B2B SaaS workflow tools.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Managed Care and revenue cycle processes.
• Proven track record of incorporating AI or machine learning features into manual workflows or document repositories.
• Experience managing a team and maintaining cross-functional relationships with engineering and design.
• Must be based in the US and operate on US business hours.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment.

• Existing understanding of the backend functions of the healthcare industry.
• Experience with advanced AI reasoning capabilities.
