What you will do

• Serve as the site leader for validation quality, laboratory integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and sustain an ISO 17025-accredited Quality Management System and ensure audit readiness.
• Deploy Built-In Quality (BIQ) strategies using Lean and Six Sigma to prevent defects upstream.
• Oversee the robustness of validation methods, including calibration, instrumentation, and inspection standards.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team across Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean, and Site IT.
• Handle operating and capital budgets while balancing priorities for safety and risk.

Requirements

• Experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering validation leadership.
• Strong background in ISO-based Quality Management Systems (ISO 17025 preferred).
• Proficiency in RCCA, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time in Green Valley, AZ.
