TL;DR
Sales Operations Manager (Fintech): Building and scaling the operational foundation for a high-growth GTM engine with an accent on CRM administration, data integrity, and workflow automation. Focus on designing forecasting models, optimizing sales processes, and partnering with leadership to drive revenue growth from $25MM to $100MM ARR.
Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (In-Office, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 OTE + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Own the full RevOps function, including CRM administration and GTM toolstack management.
- Build and maintain forecasting models, pipeline dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Design and optimize lead routing, territory management, and sales stage definitions.
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning, quota setting, and commission structure design.
- Lead GTM tool evaluation and implementation (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
- Manage Deal Desk operations, including quote-to-close hygiene and pricing governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or fintech.
- Expert-level Salesforce administration skills, including custom objects, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience in process optimization and building scalable systems from scratch.
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA.
- Startup-ready mindset with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience at a Series A–C company building RevOps from scratch.
- Prior exposure to financial services or banking sales motions.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior operations team members.
