What you will do

• Lead and scale Test Infrastructure Automation Services for GCP.
• Integrate AI tools into automation workflows to improve developer productivity.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and multi-functional teams to deliver features.

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in a people leadership role for Test Automation teams.
• Expertise in the Kubernetes ecosystem, Service Mesh architecture, and Networking fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of cloud-based CI/CD tools such as Spinnaker and GitLab.
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Programming background, specifically with Python.
• Experience with AI automation tools.
