What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives to drive hirify.global adoption and achieve business objectives.
• Design engagement strategies for the largest strategic customers in the UKI region in partnership with leadership.
• Mentor and coach the wider technical practice on complex customer scenarios and executive engagement.
• Integrate solutions within the cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party tools for seamless customer experience.
• Lead executive engagements, create customer-facing content, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• Experience influencing technology change at global-scale enterprise levels.
• Strong expertise in Data & AI strategy and implementation.
• Deep technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and key ISVs.
• Ability to travel 20-30% to customer sites and London offices.
