Strategic Partner Manager (AI/CX): Driving growth across the strategic partner ecosystem for an AI-powered customer engagement platform with an accent on recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new partners to grow revenue. Focus on building collaborative business plans, managing the UCaaS/CCaaS ecosystem, and leveraging AI productivity tools to optimize partner outcomes.
Location: Remote (Must reside in California, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, or Washington)
Salary: $190,000 – $280,000 (including base and target incentive)

What you will do
- Support and grow existing CX-focused partners within the assigned Western US territory.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new strategic partners aligned with the company's go-to-market strategy.
- Develop collaborative business plans outlining revenue targets, enablement activities, and growth initiatives.
- Drive partner engagement through regular meetings, QBRs, and joint account strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Operations to accelerate bookings.
- Analyze partner performance and maintain pipeline visibility using Salesforce and Power BI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, or AI communications.
- Must reside in CA, AZ, UT, NM, CO, NV, OR, ID, WY, MT, or WA.
- Established relationships with key channel organizations and knowledge of the TSD ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and business reporting tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%.
- Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve workflow efficiency.
