Vice President of Enterprise Sales (AI): Leading the enterprise go-to-market strategy and scaling the sales organization for a voice AI platform with an accent on Fortune 500 account acquisition and complex 7- to 8-figure deal cycles. Focus on building operational rigor, driving executive engagement, and integrating AI-enabled workflows to accelerate revenue growth.
Location: Remote (USA). Open to international candidates via Employer of Record (EoR) model.
Salary: $175,000 – $220,000 (Base salary, excluding bonus/equity/benefits).

What you will do
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Enterprise AE organization focused on Fortune 500 and strategic accounts.
- Own enterprise revenue growth across new logo acquisition and expansion within named accounts.
- Drive executive engagement strategy, including C-suite relationship development and strategic account reviews.
- Personally engage in the largest and most strategic opportunities from discovery through close.
- Coach Enterprise AEs through complex sales motions including MEDDPICC qualification and procurement navigation.
- Implement AI-enabled workflows and tooling to improve account planning, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 7+ years leading Enterprise Account Executive teams.
- Proven success leading teams and closing complex 7- and 8-figure enterprise deals.
- Strong track record of exceeding enterprise ARR targets in high-growth environments.
- Experience building and executing named account strategies, including executive mapping and multi-threaded engagement.
- Deep expertise coaching enterprise sellers through complex deal cycles and executive negotiations.
- Strong operational and forecasting discipline with experience building scalable enterprise sales processes.
Nice to have
- Experience leading enterprise sales organizations at a high-growth startup or scaling technology company.
- Background selling AI/ML, infrastructure, developer tools, or voice AI solutions.
- Existing relationships within enterprise verticals such as contact center, telecom, financial services, healthcare, or retail.
- Experience building co-sell partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or global systems integrators.
