TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Trainee Solicitors, Apprenticeships, and Work Experience programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver recruitment assessment days and manage day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Represent the firm at careers fairs, campus events, and outreach activities across the UK.
  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support for the recruitment process.
  • Support internal progression opportunities and early careers initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within Early Careers or high-volume environments.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester for hybrid office attendance.
  • Strong interest in or knowledge of law and social justice.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
