TL;DR

Talent Associate (Healthcare): Supporting and owning the hiring process for pharmacy and operations functions with an accent on candidate sourcing and pipeline building. Focus on coordinating assessment centers, managing ATS updates, and collaborating with hiring managers to scale teams.

Location: Hybrid; Winnersh. Must be based in or able to commute to Winnersh, UK

Salary: £35K – £40K

A leading digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines (CBPM) dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments.

What you will do

  • Own and support hiring for pharmacy and operations roles, including Pharmacy Assistants and Patient Support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate quick and confident hiring decisions.
  • Manage and energize assessment centers to enable hiring at scale.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies via social media and outreach to build talent pipelines.
  • Maintain ATS accuracy and handle all candidate communications.

Requirements

  • Must already be part of hirify.global (internal hire).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week and occasional weekends.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or coordination.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Genuine interest in healthcare or the cannabis-based medicine sector.
