Salary: €9,100 – €12,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers, managing hiring, development, and promotions.
• Set strategic direction and own the outcomes of delivered features and systems.
• Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure distributed systems.
• Guide architecture decisions and unblock the delivery process for the team.
• Champion engineering quality, speed, and autonomy within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional disciplines to transform product ideas into reality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of coding experience in Scala, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C/Swift.
• Proven experience building distributed systems at scale.
• 4+ years of experience managing engineers and leading teams.
• Strong track record of hiring, mentoring, and fostering inclusive cultures.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML or data-powered products.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling.
• Background in consumer tech or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
