Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Execute sales strategies within the Owner, Developer, and General Contractor (OGC) market segment.
- Deliver the value proposition to C-suite executives in large commercial real estate developers and investors.
- Conduct deep discovery and qualification to build business cases and ROI illustrations for software adoption.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing software agreements.
- Collaborate with executive management, product, marketing, and client services to improve the user experience.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon revenue quotas in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle consultative enterprise software sales.
- Must be based in Denver, CO and willing to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in slow-to-adopt or complex software verticals.
- Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of or experience within the finance or construction industries.
- Knowledge of back-office operations.
