Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Execute sales strategies within the Owner, Developer, and General Contractor (OGC) market segment.
• Deliver the value proposition to C-suite executives in large commercial real estate developers and investors.
• Conduct deep discovery and qualification to build business cases and ROI illustrations for software adoption.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing software agreements.
• Collaborate with executive management, product, marketing, and client services to improve the user experience.
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon revenue quotas in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle consultative enterprise software sales.
• Must be based in Denver, CO and willing to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in slow-to-adopt or complex software verticals.
• Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of or experience within the finance or construction industries.
• Knowledge of back-office operations.
