Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy within the OGC market segment.
• Conduct deep discovery and qualification to understand prospect business needs.
• Articulate the Built value proposition to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Build compelling business cases, including ROI and workflow illustrations for adoption.
• Progress opportunities through various construction company types to close software agreements.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and client services to optimize the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle consultative software sales.
• Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise software sales.
• Experience in complex verticals, with finance or construction industry knowledge being a plus.
• Must currently reside in the Dallas, TX area.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally (up to 50%).
