What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned commercial real estate market segment.
- Conduct deep discovery and qualification to understand prospect business needs.
- Deliver compelling value propositions to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Build ROI-based business cases to drive software adoption.
- Manage the full sales cycle to close agreements with developers, investors, and contractors.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and client services to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Phoenix, AZ and willing to travel frequently (up to 50%).
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle for software solutions using a consultative approach.
- Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within complex or slow-to-adopt verticals.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience or understanding of the construction or finance industries.
- Knowledge of back-office operations.
