What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned commercial real estate market segment.
  • Conduct deep discovery and qualification to understand prospect business needs.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Build ROI-based business cases to drive software adoption.
  • Manage the full sales cycle to close agreements with developers, investors, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and client services to improve the user experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Phoenix, AZ and willing to travel frequently (up to 50%).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle for software solutions using a consultative approach.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within complex or slow-to-adopt verticals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience or understanding of the construction or finance industries.
  • Knowledge of back-office operations.
