Location: Must be based in the United States (Northeast preferred)
Salary: $112,000–$140,000 (plus commissions)

What you will do
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities across institutional real estate investors and asset managers.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target enterprise accounts.
- Establish trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders including CIOs and Heads of Sustainability.
- Lead full enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product Specialists to design solutions aligned to client needs.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline development and forecasting within CRM systems.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise sales experience within SaaS, data, analytics, fintech, or proptech.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with contract values exceeding six figures.
- Experience selling into institutional real estate, private equity, or financial institutions.
- Skilled in consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
