Enterprise Account Executive (Proptech): Driving new enterprise client acquisition and strategic expansion within the institutional real estate ecosystem with an accent on consultative selling and navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals. Focus on building executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders and positioning sustainability data platforms to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Northeast preferred)

Salary: $112,000–$140,000 (plus commissions)

What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities across institutional real estate investors and asset managers.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target enterprise accounts.
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders including CIOs and Heads of Sustainability.
  • Lead full enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product Specialists to design solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline development and forecasting within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of enterprise sales experience within SaaS, data, analytics, fintech, or proptech.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with contract values exceeding six figures.
  • Experience selling into institutional real estate, private equity, or financial institutions.
  • Skilled in consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
