What you will do

• Provide 24/7 onsite and remote technical and non-technical support for aircraft operators and the Opa Locka Service Center.
• Act as a brand ambassador, mediating between customers and service center personnel to resolve operational issues.
• Manage warranty claims, engineering queries, and the implementation of Service Bulletins and technical campaigns.
• Deliver informal on-site training to customers to promote high levels of safety and efficiency in maintenance practices.
• Generate detailed technical reports and provide timely updates to senior management regarding operational concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business jet maintenance or a college diploma in Aviation Maintenance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Opa Locka, FL area to support the local Service Center.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant endorsement is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for communication at all organizational levels.
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%), including international travel outside the United States.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and general management skills.
