What you will do

• Deploy, operate, and maintain UAS, USV, UUV, and UGV platforms in field environments
• Configure, troubleshoot autonomy and autopilot systems in real-time operations
• Perform systems integration, pre-mission checks, post-mission analysis, and equipment repairs
• Operate in austere environments with limited infrastructure
• Provide feedback to engineering and sales teams based on operational experience
• Support business development, demonstrations, customer training, and deployments
• Travel frequently to test sites, customer locations, and operational areas

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with unmanned systems (UAS, USV, UUV, UGV)
• Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (ITAR/EAR compliance; no sponsorship)
• Experience in austere field or maritime environments
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or systems troubleshooting skills
• Comfort working independently under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally, on short notice

Nice to have

• Military experience with unmanned systems
• Autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle operations
• Defense, maritime, or aerospace operations support
• Familiarity with command-and-control or mission planning software
• Experience in classified or export-controlled environments
• U.S. security clearance or eligibility
