What you will do

• Deliver theoretical and practical maintenance training in classrooms, aircraft, and simulators.
• Conduct examinations and practical assessments per regulatory and company standards.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and enhance instructor guides and course content.
• Maintain training records and prepare instructional equipment and environments.
• Stay updated on aircraft systems and maintenance practices through continuous training.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Valid FAA A&P, Transport Canada AME, EASA, or equivalent certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency with standard computer and learning technologies.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with Dassault or similar business aviation platforms.
• Experience with commercial aircraft such as Boeing 737, 777, 787 or Airbus A220, A320, A330, A350.
• Prior experience in aviation training, coaching, or teaching.
