Salary: $240,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and customer discovery process for the eClinical suite.
- Drive an AI-forward product strategy to deliver defensible value to SMB clinical trial customers.
- Lead and coach a mixed organization of product managers and user-centered designers.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align on product direction and go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company as the chief customer advocate at the executive leadership level and to the Board of Directors.
- Use quantitative analytics to inform product decisions and balance new features with technical debt.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in a VP-level or equivalent leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading a mixed organization of managers and senior individual contributors.
- Proven track record of launching multiple SaaS products from concept through market adoption.
- Experience with structured customer discovery methodologies and AI-native product features.
- Life sciences or clinical trial industry experience preferred; GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 familiarity strongly preferred.
- Ability to present product strategy to a board of directors or investor audience.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Deep knowledge of CRO versus sponsor purchasing processes.
- Experience with external evangelism, including conference speaking or analyst relations.
