What you will do

• Lead project teams to identify functional, non-functional, and usability requirements for pharmacy and medication use applications.
• Design pharmacy applications and operational models from a business process perspective, including detailed feature specifications.
• Manage the build and installation of new software releases and application upgrades.
• Perform comprehensive testing, including unit, volume, and integration testing, while documenting all defects and resolutions.
• Provide day-to-day operational support by troubleshooting end-user requests and resolving incidents affecting medication applications.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and nursing departments to optimize system usage and improve service level performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Ohio (OPL) and Certified in Field (CIF).
• Must be based in Ohio.
• 1-3 years of experience in systems analysis, pharmacy, or other healthcare environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Access, Project, and Visio.
